The release schedule for The Dirty Secrets Club is now squared away. Here are the dates for hardback publication:
USA — June 12, 2008
UK — July 24, 2008.
I also have the dates for publication of the US editions — in paperback — of the Evan Delaney series:
China Lake — July
Mission Canyon — August
Jericho Point — September
Crosscut — October
Kill Chain — November.
And that’s your reading for the second half of 2008, all sorted out.

Oh, so all the Evan Delaney books I bought were the British edition? I live in Canada, but would think we’d be supplied by a US publisher.
Well, should now be easier to get the one missing book. If it takes me that long to read the ones that come before it. I think Crosscut is the one I’m missing.

Why do we in the UK have to wait so long? Its not fair! (Stamps feet and indulges in temper tantrum 3 year old son would be proud of)

Meg, do you have an itinerary yet for the book tour?
Also, so as not to embarrass myself, do you allow photos to be taken at these events?

Don (2) - Amazon UK seem to have both the US & UK versions listed - not sure if that means we can jump the queue?

Rich - I’m the king of self-embarrassment, but the evidence says yes: http://djpaterson.wordpress.com/2007/05/18/brum-brum/

I can’t read (or hear) the term ’squared away’ without thinking of the most excellent Gary Larson:

DJ, thanks for the positive on the picture taking. Hope Meg doesn’t come to her senses and allows one more lunatic fan to get in the picture with her. I’d have my wife take the picture but she can only see out of one eye, they all tend to be focused to the ;eft. (I am not making this up.) Hopefully, my sister can come with me.
Also, I am a really big fan of Gary Larson. Have you seen the strip “The Argyle Sweater” yet? It has been on the web since December of ‘06 but the artists has landed a syndication contract and it will be running in newspapers come April. I think it’s the slosest thing to the Far Side in recent years.
Here is a web site for a preview.
