Arresting, no. Loud, yes.
While I normally don’t get hardbacks since bookstores don’t take rejection slips, I put in a pre-order with Amazon.

If it weren’t for the fact that I hope to attend a signing in Florida, I would pre-order this. As it is, I doubt any bookstore would be happy to see me walk into their establishment with a book purchased anywhere but from there.
Speaking of which, I hope I can get my copy of China Lake signed, also. Well, since I’m asking anyway and long ago shed much of shame, could I get all five of them signed? :>
I don’t want to seem greedy but it is my nature.

Even though we’ve only got the cover to judge by so far, the new book looks good!
I hope you’ve a small army of proof readers to double-check the cover - an inappropriate comma could turn the title into something completely different…
