  1. How interesting, could just as well be a Southern Baptist Convention primer for the best in guest papist dignitaries…hmm, though lexically the similarities are uncanny 🙂 .

  3. PatTheHat: but a Southern Baptist primer would have to include “Bless his/her heart.” This phrase, as we know, allows you to say any mean, horrible, vicious thing you want about the person, and still remain a good Baptist.

    And if it’s a ‘little heart’ being blessed, you can pretty much bet it’s going to be a particularly pious pity party 🙂 .
    I know this, ’cause evidently my heart must be really little…my wee heart & I, we’ve been blessed a lot is what I’m sayin’ 🙂 .
